Abstract

Unter der Vielzahl pilzlicher Moleküle und Faktoren, die sowohl für den Übergang in die parasitäre Phase, als auch für den Befall und das Überleben innerhalb der Wirtspflanze von Bedeutung sind, spielen sekretierte Proteine eine entscheidende Rolle. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit war die Identifizierung bisher unbekannter, sekretierter Proteine mit Bezug zur Pathogenität in U. maydis und konnte, unter Durchführung experimenteller und bioinformatischer, funktioneller Genomanalysen, erreicht werden.
