Abstract
In seinem Aufsatz „Wortbildungsarten“ vertritt Uluchanov (2000) die Ansicht, dass es im Russischen etliche Wörter gebe, bei denen „die Änderung der Wortart als Resultat der Präfigierung möglich [ist]“. Wenn seine Annahme über die Möglichkeit eines Wortartwechsels durch das Anfügen von Präfixen zutrifft, so müssen sowohl die Rolle von Präfixen als auch ihr Status im Wortbildungssystem neu überdacht und interpretiert werden. In meiner Arbeit stelle ich die Gegenhypothese auf, dass Präfixe die Wortklassenänderung ableitender Wörter nicht bewirken. Ich werde einige Beispiele, auf die Uluchanov in seinem Aufsatz hinweist, genau untersuchen, um festzustellen, ob es sich dabei tatsächlich um Präfigierung handelt oder ob der Entstehung der präfigierten Wörter womöglich andere Wortbildungsprozesse zugrunde liegen.

| Translated abstract: | Abstract Language In his paper “Types of Word Formation”, Uluxanov (2000) argues that there are a number of words in Russian for which “a change in word class is possible as a result of prefixation”. If his assumption about the possibility of changing word class by adding prefixes is correct, then both the role of prefixes and their status in the word formation system must be reconsidered and reinterpreted. In my work, I propose the counterhypothesis that prefixes do not cause a change in the word class of derived words. I will examine some examples referred to by Uluxanov in his paper in detail to determine whether they are actually prefixation or whether other word formation processes may be responsible for the creation of the prefixed words.
