Abstract
Esta comunicación propone una aproximación al estudio del exilio republicano en México a través de los fundamentos epistemológicos de la historia cultural de las emociones, advirtiendo las posibilidades de aplicación que tienen para el análisis del exilio conceptos como ‘comunidad’, ‘refugio’ o ‘régimen emocional’. Las emociones y los sentimientos ligados a la experiencia biológica del exilio lograron mantener el exilio unido dificultando también el regreso a una España bien diferente de la que los refugiados seguían sentían nostalgia. Una de las fuentes para este análisis son los testimonios de los propios exiliados recogidos por un grupo de antropólogos mexicanos a finales de la década de 1970 y que forman parte de esa comunidad o red emocional del exilio.

| Translated abstract: | Abstract Language This paper proposes an approach to the study of leftwing exile in Mexico through the epistemological foundations of the cultural history of emotions, based on the concept of emotional community. The defeat and the exile are fundamental part in the construction of the national identity of refugee and in the reformulation of gender identities. The emotions and feelings linked to the experience of war, defeat, exile and return, work like an emotional systems that unify the community. For this analysis, I am using the testimonies of the refugees picked up in the late 1970s by a group of Mexican anthropologists which form part of that emotional community of exile. UNSPECIFIED |
