Abstract

Plasma cell granuloma (PCG) is a sporadically occurring tumor-like mass that is histologically characterized by a non-neoplastic proliferation of inflammatory cells. The predominant cell types in PCG are polyclonal plasma cells and their precursors, including a substantial amount of mature B cells.
