Abstract

Der Aufsatz verteidigt die These, dass rein prozedurale Verfahren kollektiver Entscheidungsfindung eine eigenständige Quelle von Legitimität in liberalen Konzeptionen demokratischer Selbstherrschaft bezeichnen.
