Abstract

In diesem Band, der die Helmut-Zschörner-Reihe fortsetzt, sind drei weitere unveröffentlichten Arbeiten des Autors vereinigt. Die Bände 1 – 4 findet man unter http://kups.ub.unikoeln. de/id/eprint/521, Band 5 unter http://kups.ub.uni-koeln.de/id/eprint/5380. Die hier ausgewählten Aufsätze und Skizzen sind Problemen des Denkens gewidmet. Es wird gefragt, wie Denken funktioniert und wie man es modellhaft fassen kann. Im ersten Aufsatz werden Aufgaben und Möglichkeiten eines anvisierten Denkfunktionsmodells behandelt. Es schliessen sich Entwurfsskizzen zu einem solchen Modell an. Der abschliesssende Aufsatz setzt sich mit dem induktiven Denken auseinander und stellt fest, „dass es eine Denkmöglichkeit ohne axiomatische Begründung nicht nur geben kann sondern geben muss“. Damit führt er hin zur Methode der vollständigen und reinen Deduktion, die in den Bänden 2 und 3, gewidmet der Theorie universeller und determinierbarer Systeme, umfassend behandelt wird.

This volume continuing the “Helmut-Zschoerner-Series” contains 3 additional unpublished papers of the author. Volumes 1 - 4 and Volume 5 can be found under http://kups.ub.unikoeln. de/id/eprint/521 and http://kups.ub.uni-koeln.de/id/eprint/5380, respectively. The papers are devoted to the problem of cognition. It is discussed how cognition is functioning and how this could be reproduced by a model of cognitive processes and relations. The first paper is discussing principal aspects of such a model. It is followed by a draft containing a first approach in form of sketches of it, whereas the last essay is arguing that traditional inductive reasoning can and must be completed by the method of pure and complete deductive reasoning avoiding any a priori or axiomatic thinking. This is pointing to the theory of universal and determinable systems presented in the Volumes 2 and 3 of the series.
