Abstract
Diese Arbeit verfolgt die Intention, die Anfänge und den Verlauf der Rezeption Ciceros in der russischen Literatur aufzuzeigen. Hierbei werden neben Übersetzungen auch andere Rezeptionsarten, zum Beispiel Stellungnahmen, Verweise, Paraphrasen, Bezüge in Prosa sowie in der Poesie, Thema sein. In diesem Rahmen soll zunächst das erste belegte Zeugnis einer Cicero-Übersetzung ins Kirchenslavische aus dem 16. Jahrhundert dargestellt werden. Des Weiteren wird Ciceros Weg in den russischsprachigen Raum skizziert. Ferner werden einige Beispiele der Cicero-Rezeption der russischen Literatur vorgestellt und untersucht. Eine selbst erstellte Tabelle soll den Übersetzungsstand im Verlauf seit dem 18. Jahrhundert bis zur heutigen Zeit veranschaulichen. Dabei wird auf die Frage eingegangen, welche Werke Ciceros zu welcher Zeit im Mittelpunkt der Rezeption standen. Zudem wird eine von der breiten Masse abweichende Sicht auf die Person Ciceros und ihr Schaffen vorgestellt.

| Translated abstract: | Abstract Language This thesis aims to trace the beginnings and development of Cicero’s reception in Russian literature. In addition to translations, other forms of reception will also be discussed, such as statements, references, paraphrases, and allusions in prose as well as poetry. Within this framework, the first documented evidence of a translation of Cicero into Church Slavonic from the 16th century will be presented. Furthermore, Cicero’s path into the Russian-speaking area will be outlined. In addition, several examples of the reception of Cicero in the Russian literature will be presented and examined. A table created by the author will illustrate the state of translation from the 18th century to the present day. In doing so, we will address the question of which of Cicero’s works were the focus of reception at what time. In addition, a view of Cicero and his work that deviates from the mainstream will be presented. English |
