    Zerstörung Irak als eines modernen Staates durch jahrelange Sanktionen, Kriege und Besatzung. Dabei sind alle Errungenschaften im Bereich der Humanentwicklung, die über fünfunddreißig Jahren durch die Erdöleinnahmen, zunichte gemacht.
