| The Lichtbildarchiv älterer Originalurkunden Marburg (LBA) is an archive that provides images of medieval charters. Since 1928 the archive has collected more than 43.000 images. In 2006, the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft agreed to finance the digitalization and internet presentation of the images; a project named „LBAonline“. Today, the website of the LBA allows searching and examining the whole collection, while additional tools and features as well as comprehensive datasets for each presented charter are provided. | English |
