Abstract

AbstractLanguage
Create future in a democratic-solidary communication – from the beginning of the „future workshop“ to the „constructivist workshop“ The „constructivist workshop“ (CW) is a (Practicioner-)guide for a sustainable democratisation and an inclusive-participative process-competence for learning settings. The aim is to enable democratisation and a solidary creation of future as a method and as „a lived experience“ today. Several examples within the field are explained: political education, social movement, participation processes, social work, youth welfare/youth education, school, lifelong learning, team and organizational development. Therefore the „constructivist workshop“ includes the experience and the knowledge from science and practice of the last 6 decades generated in the context oft he „future workshop“ movement (Robert Jungk), the network of „future workshop“ facilitators and the international Robert Jungk Bibliothek für Zukunftsfragen in Salzburg, Austria. The basis for the „constuctivist workshop“ is: The interactice constructivist pedagogy (Cologne constructivism) from Kersten Reich, the learning and democracy theory of John Dewey (Dewey center cologne) and the „liquid modernity“ of Zygmunt Bauman. On this basis the actual transformation-processes are related in correspondence to the inner programmatic aims of the acting fields of the pedagogue. Within these fields the CW works with a processmodel, that orientates at structural transformation, democratic and solidary relationship and multiperspective and diversity in the themes. For the pedagogue there are defined a process-competence, transformation-competence and a construction-competence, they are related to a perspective-„case“ „Multiperspective as a strategic instrument“ within the process. This is the ability to initiate, enable and facilitate learning processes sustainably. It makes it possible to combine individual active learning (in a constructivist sense) and an inclusive structural transformation to focus a solidary communication (democracy) and creation of future. A summary of methods and (practice)leading-questions, located within the process, enable planning and reflection of the process on a situative didactic-level.English
