Gegenstand des folgenden Beitrags ist die schulische Einbindung neu zugewanderter Kinder und Jugendlicher als Aufgabe von Schulentwicklung in der Migrationsgesellschaft. Anhand der Handlungsfelder Organisations-, Personal- und Unterrichtsentwicklung werden konkrete Ansatzpunkte für eine schulische Umsetzung aufgezeigt. Deutlich wird, dass Möglichkeiten der Einbindung neu zugewanderter Schülerinnen und Schüler in Kontinuität zu Ansätzen und Maßnahmen der Schulentwicklung in der Migrationsgesellschaft stehen.
