Abstract

Ausgangspunkt der Dissertation ist der Entwicklungsprozess der institutionellen Verbundstrukturen des Regionalen Berufsbildungszentrums (RBZ) Dortmund. Das RBZ Dortmund ist ein Verbund der acht städtischen Dortmunder Berufskollegs, an dessen Gestaltung die Autorin als Mitglied der wissenschaftlichen Begleitung mitwirkte. Zielsetzung der Dissertation ist erstens die ausführliche Dokumentation und Rekonstruktion des einmaligen Entwicklungsprozesses in Form einer chronologischen Darstellung, um die Vielschichtigkeit eines solchen Prozesses zu exemplifizieren. Darauf aufbauend ergibt sich als zweites Ziel, anhand einer phänomenologisch-textwissenschaftlichen Analyse Erfahrungsgewinne zu erarbeiten, die sich sowohl auf die entwickelten Prototypen als auch auf das Verfahren beziehen. Drittens werden auf einer höheren Abstraktionsebene Implikationen für zukünftige Verbundentwicklungsprozesse abgeleitet, die mögliche vom konkreten ‚Fall Dortmund‘ unabhängige Gestaltungselemente für Praxisakteure und wissenschaftliche Begleitungen darlegen. Bei der Forschungsarbeit handelt es sich um eine Fallstudie im Kontext der Modellversuchsforschung. Die wissenschaftstheoretische Positionierung fußt auf der Phänomenologie und dem Lebensweltkonzept. In diesem Kontext wird die besondere Bedeutung von Sprache und Text für das gewählte Vorgehen akzentuiert. Der Dissertation liegt das Rationalitätsmodell der reflexiven Praxis sowie der Ansatz der responsiven Begleitforschung nach Sloane zu Grunde. Dem Ansatz der Dissertation folgend werden in unterschiedlichen inhaltlichen Zusammenhängen die Rollen der Projektbegleiterin und der Forscherin reflektiert.

Translated abstract:	Abstract Language The starting point of the dissertation is the development process of the institutional network structures of the Regional Vocational Education Center (Regionales Berufsbildungszentrum = RBZ) Dortmund. The RBZ Dortmund is an association of the eight municipal vocational colleges in Dortmund, in the design of which the author participated as a member of the scientific accompaniment. The aim of the dissertation is first of all the detailed documentation and reconstruction of the unique development process in the form of a chronological representation in order to exemplify the complexity of such a process. Based on this, the second objective is to elaborate empirical findings on the basis of a phenomenological-textual-scientific analysis. These findings relate to the developed prototypes as well as to the process. Thirdly, on a higher level of abstraction, implications for future network development processes are derived which present possible design elements for practice actors and scientific accompaniment teams. These design elements are independent of the specific case. The research work is a case study in the context of 'Modellversuchsforschung'. The scientific theoretical positioning is based on phenomenology and the lifeworld concept. In this context, the special importance of language and text for the chosen approach is accentuated. The dissertation is based on the rationality model of reflexive practice as well as on Sloane's approach of responsive accompanying research. Following the approach of the dissertation, the roles of the project facilitator and the researcher are reflected in different contexts. English
