Abstract

Das Gutachten untersucht den kommunalen Finanzausgleich Thüringens hinsichtlich seiner Bedarfsgerechtigkeit. Gegenstand der Untersuchung sind dabei mehrere, teils interdependente Spezifika des aktuellen Finanzausgleichs.
