Abstract

Der Beitrag untersucht am Beispiel des Studiengangs Musikvermittlung an der Universität zu Köln interdisziplinäre Ansätze außerschulischer Musikvermittlung, insbesondere im Kontext musealer Bildung. Im Zentrum steht ein Seminarprojekt, in dem Studierende musikvermittelnde Konzepte für das Wallraf-Richartz-Museum entwickelten, um Beziehungen zwischen bildender Kunst und Musik herzustellen. Theoretisch fundiert durch kunstspartenübergreifende Didaktik (u. a. Brandstätter, Jung-Kaiser) werden ästhetische Transformationsprozesse und partizipative Vermittlungsformen reflektiert. Anhand exemplarischer studentischer Projekte zeigt der Beitrag, wie Musikvermittlung im Museum u.a. sinnlich-ästhetische Wahrnehmung, kulturelle Teilhabe und kreative Eigenaktivität fördert. Musikvermittlung erscheint hier als dynamisches und gesellschaftlich relevantes Handlungsfeld, das musikbezogenes Denken, pädagogische Reflexion und institutionelle Praxen in produktive Wechselbeziehungen setzt.

Translated abstract:	Abstract Language Using the example of the music education program at the University of Cologne, this article examines interdisciplinary approaches to extracurricular music education, particularly in the context of museum education. The focus is on a seminar project in which students developed music education concepts for the Wallraf-Richartz Museum in order to establish connections between visual arts and music. Based on interdisciplinary art education theory (e.g., Brandstätter, Jung-Kaiser), the article reflects on aesthetic transformation processes and participatory forms of education. Using exemplary student projects, the article shows how music education in museums promotes sensory-aesthetic perception, cultural participation, and creative self-activity, among other things. Music education appears here as a dynamic and socially relevant field of action that places music-related thinking, pedagogical reflection, and institutional practices in productive interrelationships.
