Abstract

Vor dem Hintergrund existenzieller Herausforderungen im 21. Jahrhundert wird untersucht, wie Lösungsansätze, die die Natur zum Rechtssubjekt erheben und ihr ein Recht auf eigene Nach- haltigkeit zugestehen, anhand einer pluralistisch-holistisch gedachten Ökosozialethik fundiert werden, ohne zwangsläufig mit onto-anthropologischen Fundierungen der Menschenwürde in Konflikt geraten zu müssen. Darüber hinaus wird diskutiert, wie die Erweiterung der Gerechtig- keitsvorstellungen von einem Ethos der responsiven Selbsttranszendenz im Natur-Allzusammen- hang getragen werden kann. Abschließend wird die Synergie dieser Ansätze als Weiterentwicklung zentraler Grundgedanken genossenschaftlicher Gemeinschaftsbildung skizziert.

Translated abstract:	Abstract Language In the context of the existential challenges of the 21st century, this study explores how approaches that recognize nature as a legal subject and grant it a right to its own sustainability can be ground⁠ed in pluralistic-holistic ecosocial ethics—without necessarily conflicting with onto-anthropological foundations of human dignity. It also discusses how an expanded conception of justice can be informed by an ethos of responsive self-transcendence embedded in the interconnected fabric of nature. Finally, the synergy of these approaches is outlined as an advancement of key principles of cooperative community-building. English
