Abstract

Imagine you have to explane to someone what is it to be in a group for psychotherpy? You might say: You are sitting in a circle, talk about your problems with another, some are laughing, some others might scream, others are only listening and after a while almost everybody is getting better!? The question almost for sure will come: How is it functioning, that people/patients are getting better? If it would be a drug? What is the active substance and effectiveness?
